Skylights Cellular Shades

 Skylight Shade Features

As a small child, your parents likely told you to put a hat on to stay warm, because heat rises. Well, the same holds true with your home, especially if you have skylight openings. It doesn’t matter how well your roof is insulated, if you have untreated skylights, you home is losing energy.

At EcoSmart Shades, we provide our customers with cellular honeycomb shades that not only insulate, but will enhance the appearance of your home’s decor. The fabric that we use is dust repellent, from a non-woven polyester that is strong, durable, and resists against fading even during harsh summer conditions.

Our cellular honeycomb skylight shades come in multiple fabrics, both light filtering and blackout. If your skylight happens to be in a living area, bathroom or other area of your home where light is wanted, then light filtering fabric is what we recommend for you!  Blackout fabrics work best in areas of your home where complete darkness is wanted, like your bedroom.

To get started on your cellular skylight shade order, complete our “Request a Quote” form and a member of our team will get working on your order! If you haven’t yet, you can also order free samples from us to see what our fabrics look like. We recommend that all customers order samples prior to their order because colors can often appear distorted while viewing them through a computer.
