All orders for shades shipped to destinations in the Continental U.S. will be shipped FREE* via UPS Ground for shades under 96" in width. Depending on where you live and how big your order this could be quite a savings!
If you need faster shipping, or live outside the Continental U.S., our usual expedited shipping services are available. Simply choose your shipping options in the shopping cart.
We do not offer free shipping to:
- Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories, please choose 2nd day air or call for help.
- Canada, please choose UPS Canadian Ground Shipping. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
- Shipping to all other countries, please select the Worldwide shipping option. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
- Shades over 96” wide do not qualify for our free shipping offer. Please contact us for more information.

*Free shipping is offered for one UPS Ground shipment per order. It is the customer ’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
Any orders that have to be shipped again due to incorrect address information, special delivery instructions or municipal changes to your address do not qualify.
If you are unsure that UPS will be able to deliver to your location on the first attempt, please provide a different address. Upon receipt of a returned package, we will contact the customer before reshipping and payment will be discussed at that time.
